I feel like I owe you guys a genuine post. Haven't done this in a long time. Not even a recap this time, either. Egads!

Well... maybe a little bit of recap. My sister's been living in Florida for a year. She's sick of it already, and is moving back to New York this week. In an amusing turn of events, my mother is flying down to Florida this week to visit a friend and promptly sharing the drive driving back up North in the car with my sister. If only the car was equipped to record audio and video. I'm sure the 20+ hour drive would make for a full-season of Reality TV. They claim to be in agreement on a book on tape to listen to, but I'm less than confident that it will keep them from arguing over just about anything.

I have to admit, I'm a little be excited about the return of the sibling. Growing up, we never got along with each other. That's kind of how my entire family was. I can't really figure out how or why, but all of a sudden, we're a normal family. No fighting, no rivalry. We just hang out and have good times. It's kind of weird. I've even been traveling back upstate about twice a month just to see my parents. My sister has already made plans to come bar-hopping in NYC with me and my friends one weekend soon.

Next order of business, SalceDraft. After much debate and research, I'll be traveling with Mike and Tom on the BoltBus. $20 to DC? Yes, please. I'd like to call it the party bus, but in reality we'll probably just sleep, read, or play Gameboy the whole time. The bus will set us down right at Metro Center Station, then it's only a short metro ride to Señor Corbo's Hacienda © (fancy, eh?). We plan to have a sweet lunch at a fine Virginian Wingery, then make our way to the illustrious mansion of the Jason Salce family.

And lastly, work. Work has been so unbelievably busy for the past two weeks. Now that we're back at full staff today, there's nothing to do. I mean, not one customer service request yet this morning. Of course it works that way.
