fuckin yeah!
despite my especially weird/tough summer, i just had one of the best experiences of my life. last night casey, katie, dom, justin, lisa and i all spontaneously decided to drive to casey's lake house in pennsylvania for the night. i won't go into too many details, but the trip consisted of a mansion of a house (lake-shore property of course), swimming/jet skiing, the biggest boat i've ever ridden on/driven, saves the day singalongs (duh!) and amazing, amazing people. my mouth and stomach hurt from laughing so much. which, of course, is the best feeling in the world. i seriously think i'll remember everything about it for the rest of my life. it was so fun and impulsive and exactly what i needed.
that being said, leaving new paltz and all my amazing people (most of whom have been showing me exactly how amazing they are as of late) is becoming more of a reality and more difficult to deal with. especially given the fact that a new vegan/vegetarian pizza place is opening up. wtf. just in time for me to leave. well, better late than never i guess.
the past few weeks have also consisted of the formal/liz's birthday, mike campbell leaving (boo), realizing that i'm awesome at foosball (probably the italian in me), visiting long island and a pack of 24 trading cards. three dollars well spent. thanks to the dragon's den, i'm the proud owner of a serious of action shots from season three. stephen brown, expect a package soon!
