ok. so i can't quite sleep bc every time i close my eyes i get a flashback to my wonderful 'buried alive' dream where, for what ever reason, i'm trying to find my way through a pitch black crawlspace that;s about 2.5 feet tall.
when did i get claustrophobic? i have had no traumatic events in my life to lead to this sort of fear. why now all of a sudden?
