ps- being a vegan is hard. there is nothing i wouldn't do for a bbq chicken sandwich and macaroni and cheese from the claim jumper.
but it gets easier when i remember i'm not eating something that used to breathe and had a mind and soul... plus i just watched Babe, the movie that made me never want to try pork in the first place. even though i was raised vegetarian, i've only strayed so far as chicken and dairy. nothing to be too proud of, but at least i'm trying.
