mmmkay
so i just recovered from my three day bender, and what a bender it was.
it all started thursday, at the usg. spot. i was drunk. karla was covered in beer. after the bars kicked us out, we went to one of those hipster parties at 10th, which was actually fun. there were a lot of substances to abuse, and whatnot. this guy, bill, remembered me from his friends ultimate new year's eve party (the one where i went to nico's and drunkenly demanded, "black and pink nachos!" and he remembered my sister and her curly hair. they need to reunite. then we went to a party at noah's friend's house, and then nico's.
friday we got down at ashley's house with the screwdrivers and other such things. we got, uh, inebriated. there were lot's of fun times. karla, bianca, vivi, bobby, and his friend holly came from my side. marcus, his girlfriend erika, emily, mike, amy, ariel, and of course ash were there. vi took pictures of me doing stuff i shouldn't be doing. bianca, my friends think you are hilarious! then malichi and friends showed up, and he told us about a party to go to on saturday where his friends band was playing. we headed over to los alazones, where b reminded us to order ash a "chee and bees." i don't think they had it on the menu. =)
saturday was beck, of course. if you didn't go, you probably suck. nothing will change my mind about that. anyways, it was EXTREMELY entertaining and well worth my $40. let's just say there was a puppet show, a dinner table, and beck covered The Flaming Lips's "Do You Realize??". beck was really hot, and this one guy, ryan, was also really hot and i am totally in love with him. but it was really humid inside and i felt really gross after that. we went back to my house so i could change. then we went to malichi's party down on 15th. it was fun, to say the least. i stood by the air while Fuckin Kenny's band played, and about 20 people were crammed into this tiny bedroom to rock out. at the last song a mosh pit got started. typical. we hung outside for a bit and got bobby to come out of his car (where he was passed out) to hang for a bit. i love that guy. he likes to steal chips and salsa from guadalajara grill. love 'im! after talking to ned and his dog benny for a while, we hit up hannah's party, which was way more fun (probably because they aren't hipsters). hannah's boyfriend knows i'm down, because i recognized the first second of T.I.'s "What You Know" and we rapped. that's my jam. then everyone went down to the pool, where he got thrown in holding a bottle of skyy, and had his expensive shoes and cell phone on. he managed to save the skyy. then we rolled on over to nico's and got food.
sunday, i was too exhausted to do anything. now that i think about it, there was a lot of drive-thru mexican food involved with this weekend.
so, coming up this week is Band Of Horses (i can't believe it's only $5!) and then i leave early friday for a drive with rage to l.a. to see MINDLESS SELF INDULGENCE! it will rock my fucking socks.
