Wierd ass people

Alright, so I had a kinda weird day today… I was opening, so wasn’t overly lively… the day was going… rather slowly mostly… Then things picked up! I was working on a reset on the cleaners at work, when I got called to photo. When I made it over, one of our customers told me that there was a fight outside, and wanted to take me outside, and point it out to me. When I went outside, there was this older beaten up car halfway into a parking lot, and inside some lady was crying. Just outside of her car was an older man trying to calm her down. When I asked what was going on, the man told me that the lady and her boyfriend had been fighting about a checkbook, but her boyfriend had left. As soon as he said that, he took it back, pointing out to the street were a Lexus was pulling into the parking lot. The guy driving the car slammed on the breaks right before hitting the first car, and jumped out yelling “She took my checkbook, and I only took it back.” Fine, whatever, I still didn’t want some drama going on outside my store, so I told the guy that it looked like everything had worked out, and he should probably be going. He got back in his car, and took off; giving me the chance to tell the lady that she should pull her car the rest of the way into the parking spot, and give herself time to calm down. No sooner then the words left my mouth, the Lexus guy came peeling back in, slammed his breaks again, got out, and again yelled the checkbook thing again. Before I could say anything, he left again, circled the parking lot, and did the same freaking thing one more time. At that point the lady was out of her car yelling that it wasn’t his checkbook, and to leave her alone. No idea how it happened, but all of a sudden the two people are pushing each other back and forth. Taking that as my queue to go and call the police, I book it inside. After making the call, I headed back out in time to see a third man join in the argument. I guess he drove by, and saw the Lexus dude hit the woman, and decided to join in? Yeah, something like that. About this time, a woman pulls up, and stops her car right in the area. Seeing this, I tell her that she needs to get out of the way(Yes, this whole time I am avoiding getting in the middle, I learned my lesson the last time). Not happy with me waving her on, she tells me that she is a nurse… whatever relevance that holds… She ends up parking, and calls the police as well. Anyways, back to the other crazy people. Of course the third dude doesn’t help the fight at all, being the Lexus dude starting yelling that he was a black belt, and was going to kick the third dudes ass. The third dude was backing up away from him, obviously nervous, and ends up tripping over the curb. After he falls, the third dude stands up, and makes a run for it. Apparently not done, the Lexus dude starts chasing him around the parking lot, again yelling that he was a black belt, etc. After about the third lap around the parking lot, the police come screeching in, and an officer runs over and tackles the Lexus dude. Lexus dude starts struggling, and yelling that he didn’t do anything, that he never hit his girlfriend. Guy number three is standing there, yelling that he knew what he saw, and it was Lexus dude hitting his girlfriend. At about that point another police car comes in, followed by another cop jumping in on Lexus dude. As I walk back in the store, I can hear the nurse lady saying that she could tell that Lexus dude was crazy, and was going to murder someone someday, so the needed to put him away for good…

Dude, seriously, what the fuck is wrong with people… “I think I’m going to Walgreens to get in a fight” Losers… lol, took a good chunk out of my day at least…
