garage sale: one's garbage is another's treasure.. and most of the time under $5.
Vinyl
The Doors
Pink Floyd
Rush
they also had The Doors Morrison Hotel and i wanted it soo bad, but it was in pretty bad condition. the cover was just oh so beautiful i just wanted to stay there forever to look at it.
i saw this backpack from the army and today would be the second time i go to a garage sale with my dad see an army bag and want it and get talked out of it. the first time was understandable seeing as how it was $30, but this time it was $1.. it was in terrible condition but come on, $1.
then we went to The Warwick Valley Winery and met my uncle and aunt there. there was a band. a good one. they did a mean cover of Dave Matthews.
we went apple picking for a little while at this orchard where my dad knew the guy. my favorite apples are granny smith. they had none however, so we got some golden delicious and empire. word on the street is empires are good for cooking/baking. i really liked just walking around in the orchard. we met up with some people. they had a greyhound and they were gunna name it NJ Transit. they so should have. anyway to adopt ex-racing dogs you have to fill out an application and be chosen.
out to dinner. i got duck, which is the usual for me because there's nothing else i like when we go out. it was very good. we got into the discussion about my car. it's so much easier to "speak my mind" to my dad when other people are around. whatever it didnt change his views on anything. everyone is all like 'oh yea you gotta express how you feel blah blah' not about cars but about anything. i don't see the point it hasn't gotten me anywhere as of yet.
