land of make believe
why is everyone always beating up on the weather man. there's plenty of people out there that mess up more in their career, weather reporters just happen to do it on television. everybody is always blaming them for everything. maybe if people didn't let their lives depend on the forecast they wouldn't be let down all the time. i feel for 'em. i would offer to take some of the heat but i mess things up enough already. maybe i should become a weather reporter. nah, something inside is telling me that i'm gunna work at that Marcal Paper Products factory in Paterson. i don't know why but every time i pass the sign it draws me for some reason and i am compelled to stare at it until it is no longer in my range of vision.
