It's a glorious thing to get a full paycheck. Now mind, it's a pretty glorious thing to get paid four weeks in a row... but $100 just doesn't compare to an honest-to-god, yes-this-had-all-my-hours-on-it paycheck. I deposited my check this morning, got home, ripped open all my bills, then went "zomg! I can pay all these!" I've been living here since July and this was the first time I've been looking at a debt-free slate on all my bills. (We're not counting the Kohl's charge on this, but that one can't get me into too much trouble anyways.) The best part about all this is that I STILL have cash left, I can pay Pauline what I owe her, AND I'm not dipping into my savings (which managed to go untouched last week, too)! Donating plasma will provide a very comfortable cushion for the next two weeks... and my hemoglobin and protein levels are spectacular lately.
Are you ready for it?
*flexes mightily*
Oh yeah, it feels good to be out of debt. I might even be able to start buying presents.
Damn, it's not even noon yet and I'm having a fucking sweet day. Time to get some writing accomplished, bitches. I love you all.
