The other daily double....
You know, I quite enjoy a good game of Jeopardy...the watching on the tv kind...because when I play a game on my PS2? I just feel absolutely stupid afterwards....lol
So kind of exciting news to report on....Seth asked me to come down to Florida with him after classes end. He had booked a flight the other day and I was kind of bumming about it because he would be gone for my birthday, but I wasn't going to dwell on it, I knew he wanted to spend time with his parents before he went to the Ukraine. Plus I'm an adult...I can get through it...LoL Then he asked me yesterday if I wanted to come with him, and of course I said yes. So I talked to my mom and a couple hours later my flight was booked! We're leaving on the 10th and I'm coming back on the 16th cuz I start my summer class that day, and then he's coming back on the 20th. I can't wait, seriously. It's Florida...hello. We all know how much I love that place, but I also finally get to meet his parents. I'm both really excited, but really nervous. What if they don't like me? I'm down there for 6 days! LoL...then I'll be screwed! Nah....I hope they like me. They seem to like me so far, so we shall see. I just can't wait. May 10th can't come fast enough. :D I know it's going to be so much fun. The way Seth talks about that place, it sounds like paradise! We're going to kyak with the dolphins....seriously. And I know I spelled kyak wrong...oh well. LoL
Ack...speaking of Florida, that screams swimsuit time. I haven't been running as much as I usually do lately, so I gotta start back up on that ASAP. I mean it's not like I've gained weight...I've stayed pretty much around the same number for the past couple months which is both frustrating but also relieving I guess. I just need to get toned back up again....so let the running begin. :) I've missed it, my body can tell, some days I'm just so sluggish and as soon as running kicks back in I'll be back to normal!
I think Seth and I are going to go see that new Ashton Kutcher movie tonight...I guess he can get us tickets to the midnight showing. LoL....watch me fall asleep or something. :P Although I don't really know....just waiting to hear from him. I was talking to him earlier on line and he was taking FOREVER to reply so I finally just got irritated and told him to call me when he decided what he was doing and I went and got some dinner. I had to leave before I got more irritated then I should have and said something mean....LoL...that's one of my pet peeves, when someone IM's you and doesn't hardly talk, or takes awhile to reply....I dunno...sounds silly I guess.
Ate dinner with a guy from Bio and Chem classes and then another guy from down the hall sat down with us. I felt kind of special. First I was sitting all alone, and then I've got the company of two nice guys. LoL I think that's one of the reasons I hardly ever go to the actual cafe because I don't like sitting all alone, specially around dinner time cuz there's just so many people. The only reason I went to day? They had watermelon...LoL, but it turned out better than I thought. :)
