peace, love and haight
so i just returned home from san fran a few minutes ago. i had a really amazing time. and i mean amazing! yesterday we went over to usf to check out the scene and there was katy powers. our tour guide needed to be admitted to a psychartric ward because he was NUTZ! i wish everyone in the world could meet him. he lacks a lot of discrection, which i love! so afterward we headed over to haight-ashbury and instead of finding the year 1969 incarnate, there was a big ol gap and a ben and jerrys. wahoooo!! instead of jerry its cherry garcia! then we headed over to cara's and hung out with the cutest baby ever, abby. loooooove her! we went to cara's alma mater st. mary's and hung out there- it was gorgeous.
that evening was spent playing softball with some of san francscio's coolest young urban professionals! andrew's team needed an extra girl from his intense work's intrumal team, the yankmees. oh lord. it was great hanging out wit my fav 30 somethings and kickin some ass on the field. oh baby, we won! to celebrate, shelly and i treated ourselves to our favorite thai food and desperately seeking susan. good going stranger! but i feeeel weak.
today we checked out santa clara with katy powers again. it was reallly cooool, i liked it the best! but their burritos were bad. their loss! then we headed over to berkeley from the most AWESOME frozen YOgurt! yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. cal rocked, sophie loved it, and the street performers were creeeepy.
i apologize for the boring quality of this entry, but like i mentioned before i feeeeeeeeel weak!
