Unless Bludget was able to heal it, there should be a hole somewhere in the floor of the bar room. A hole surrounded by rusty metal grating with a sword stuck in the ground next to it, Auron's sword. If it's not still there now, then it is beginning to reappear now. First the floor changes to the fore mention rusty metal grating and then the grating collapses into a hole. The sound of an air raid siren echos from the hole.
A bare, muscly, and sickeningly gray colored arm reaches out of the hole and grabs onto the grating for support. Pyramid Head pulls himself out of the hole with surprising ease considering the size of his helmet. He dusts himself off and says, "Ah, there's the whistle, it's break time!" and he heads for the bar.
The hole remains, a gateway to Silent Hill and the last place Auron was seen.
