giving thanks for long weekends
Happy Thanksgiving-in-Canada! Happy Double 10 Day! Happy Columbus Day (it's Chris Columbus, the one who founded America)! Happy Long Weekend! :D
this weekend, we had fun with boys, according to Winnie. it sounds bad, but it actly isn't. a few of them just came to visit - Jonathan, Jason and "Cameron." "Cameron" slept on Wendy's bed and infected it with boy cooties. hah, that's what you get for ditching me for Toronto! just kidding, she is forgiven cos she bought me milk tea.
anyway, it was kind of nice cos campus was really empty. like only 5 ppl were left on my floor. we comtemplated lying down in the middle of the road cos no cars were around. we ate in Leonard which was actly empty. we went to the library on a Friday night. we watched The Phantom of the Opera. we tumbled around in taekwando & played punching bag ping pong. we ate at The Lazy Scholar. we played pool & foosball. we went to the mall. we had a sushi party A. we cheered up & down Princess Street & infected our visitors with Queen's school spirit. we danced to Pump It (renamed Poke It, Harder!). and of course, we studied late into the night. learning is fun, so join us! :D
Exciting Event #1: i bought a tuque! it's white with purple and pink and pigtails. omgahhhh it's sooooooo kute, thus i've been webcamming it to everyone. Jeff says it makes me look like a "kingerataner." anyone knows what those are? XD
Exciting Event #2: we drank bubble tea (overpriced)!! srsly, it was 超感动的. *tear* the canadian guy actly called the pearls tapioca. i'm like, who says that?! just say pearls! i had me some nice pearls. ^^
