*V*V*: summer, part II















1. Wen's hill
sigh.  my feet are seriously dead from walking up and down Orchard  and up and down a hill everyday.  once i walked from HMV to Isetan in flip flops and had blisters. O_O but nvm, it's good exercise haha.  but apart from the hill, Wen's house rocked!  i got to stay in Wen Siew's room yaye.  okay but her msn only worked for a grand total of TWO nights while i was there. -.-

2. Jay Chou marathons
Chou Jay is officially shuai...sometimes. :D like when he's yelling for GENGHONG the muscle man during his concert.  other than that, he still looks like a gorilla.  hahahaha.  Wen has become a Jay Chou fan, thus the non-stop listening to Jay Chou songs every night.  oh one day i was at Orchard and i saw a bunch of fans lining up for some Initial D red carpet thingy.  i wanna watch!  although the papers insist that Jay should stick to his "day job."  hahaha.  he has only one expression la - blank.  anyway Jay songs i need to d/l: 你聽得到, 她的睫毛, 斷了的弦. oh 爺爺泡的茶 rocks!
3. 翡翠戀曲 Hard Fate
the chio girl is so CHIOOOOOOOOOOO.  and leprechaun guy looks good in the shower. *biantai*  the old man is gross but all the women like him.  gah i'm obsessed!  i'm going to rent it later this week.  yaye pray that they have it okay?  Wen and i were like screaming at the last episode cos it was so super drama.  but i was spoiled quite badly while looking up TVB reviews. :( nooooooo.  btw we came across this TVB review site, TVB Square and we were like going hysterical cos it was sooooo retarded.  and like the webmaster sounded so much like Meelia!  hahhahaha even she says so.  damn funny.  all of the review sites are quite spastic la.  e.g. "he [random actor guy] only knows how to play tricks with his eyebrows!" me = ?____?

4. the MANGO sale
wheeeeeeeeeee!  went shopping with Meelia cos it was the Mango sale!  quite scary actually.  first we went to the Lido one but had to leave cos i realized that i couldn't breathe in there. -.- super havoc man.  apparently ppl started lining up at 7am. O_O so we went to the Wisma and Taka Mangos.  bought 2 tops from there and another top at Giordano.  30% off storewide yaye.  then i also bought a necklace (from Mollusk, which Chelly finds amusing), flip-flops (same ones as Sam), a belt (same as Wen's) and a Baleno top for 6 bucks!  damn cheap!  yeah so basically i've bought 6 tops in less than a month, which means my mom will kill me when/if she finds out.  spent $60+ on shopping.  wanted to buy a short skirt from the Mango sale but the only affordable one i found was size 40.  it went down to about my thighs haha.

5. pool + bridge
me and Chelly won at both games of pool!!  hahahaah.  this is despite the fact that it's the first time for both of us and Chelly sucks at pool. XD thanks to Sam who hit the white ball in with the black both times.  pool is not bad la, worth playing again.  oh i realized we never got to play Bishibashi. :'( ME = SAD.  Bishibashiiii!  oh me and Sam played House of the Dead 2 though.  she went to level 2 for the first time yaye!!  then...bridge at Chelly's house was interesting.  they were trying to teach me and going on about "independent learning" and letting me "make my own decisions."  crazy.  but i won 3 games la - not bad for first time okay.  considering i dunno what's going on half the time. XD apparently i made a HUGE mistake of going to 4 diamonds and everyone was like yelling at me.  haha.  yaye must play bridge again. :D  and we should go to Chelly's house now man!  it's so big and nice and has a sunbathing/star-gazing deck.  super cool.

6. A Lot Like Love..or not
...don't watch it. -.- Meelia should pay me back my 8 bucks (damn the price hike)!  hahaha.  what's-his-face Kutcher is so UN-kute/shuai.  the only thing i found interesting in the whole movie was how much Amanda Peet looks like Courteney Cox Arquette.  omgosh they look *exactly* the same. O___O  if anyone is looking for a good movie, i still reccommend Mr. and Mrs. Smith.  both Brad and Angelina are HOT man. *betrays Jen*

Gloree, Wen and i were being retarded at Crystal Jade.  btw Crystal Jade should expand to Taiwan! :( Wen is finally convinced that their food is good now.
