So my boss Chad brought me into this office and asked what it took to get me go to full time as they would really like to see me more often. After around 30 minutes, I got a nice pay raise to start off and after a month, if I prove myself, they're going to move me into dedicated sales, which would mean another pay hike.
Dedicated sales basically initialize and roll out dedicated servers for our new dedicated server order. I was pretty stoked. It's nice hearing that you're their new hope for the company lol. Plus they are fully aware of me not showing up to work on time almost every time and that's the only thing I would need to improve.
That was pretty cool :P
