For any friends of mine that were planning on moving [in the Jacksonville area], there's a cute lil house that is like 3 or 4 bedrooms down the street from me. It has a cute little porch and it's a brickhouse and it has beautiful hardwood floors are that actually finished [unlike mine.. ha]. Alsoooo it has a decent sized backyard, a shed, and a thing in the backyard to park your car under if you want to. It's $900 a month so if you had like 4 people living there, it'd be $225 a month which isn't too bad. Sooooo if any of my friends were interested, just instant message me and I'll go take pictures or something for you or something.
