miracle day episode 2!
So I finally got a chance to check out episode 2 of Miracle Day.
LOL I WAS DELIGHTED THE ENTIRE TIME IDEK
I liked the first episode okay but so much of it was "WUT R TORCHWOOD" exposition that I was kind of bored. THIS ONE, THOUGH, I was just kind of like

the whole time. JACK GOT POISONED AND THEY MADE A CURE OUT OF RANDOM STUFF FOUND ON A PLANE. A LADY WITH A POORLY CGI-ED BACKWARDS HEAD TRIED TO STOP A CAR FROM DRIVING AWAY AND GWEN SAID IT WAS VERY TORCHWOOD. NEWMAN WAS THERE AND HE WAS EVIL, LOL NEWMAN. JACK AND GWEN GOT TO ALLUDE TO PAST SEASONS IN A SORT OF SCHOOL REUNIONISH WAY. ESTHER IS A SMART COOKIE AND DR JUAREZ IS AWESOME AND JILLY IS ALSO AWESOME ALBEIT IN A SINISTER SORT OF WAY. I AM NOT SURE HOW I FEEL ABOUT REX BUT I AM COMMITTED TO CAPSLOCK NOW.
Like Jack in the 4x03 preview, I call bullshit on Oswald's apology, but I found it really interesting the way they played it, with people's opinions changing and people sympathizing with him and stuff. I am pretty sure this is called INTERESTING COMMENTARY but the internet will call it "glorifying pedophilia" because the internet fails at reading between lines.
I guess that is about it. So it seems that the whole world is not only immortal, they've inherited Jack's brand of immortality, where they continue to age but can't die. That fits in with what Rhys said about everything being flip-flopped.
