This is the land of confusion.

I'm sitting in front of my computer. It's 4pm. I've been sitting here for an hour trying to piece together the events of yesterday. It's saturday. I should be doing something, I should be in Norfolk. I can taste tequila....that explains the headache and my empty wallet. I'm already dressed, no thats not right, I'm 'still' dressed. Shit, i'll try and do this in order.

I went to work.....normal, normal normal.

After work I went to the cinema to see 'V for vendetta' with my friend Arran, it has Natalie Portman in, who is hot. Film was a bit of a dissapoinment, very long and drawn out. The idea behind the film was interesting but it was made badly with terribly long winded dialogue and visualy dull. It could have been made a lot more exciting I think. You can now drink alcohol while watching the film now, I think this is probably where it all went wrong.

After the film we went to a bar back in Leytonstone and met Saeah. There was a party above, someones 18th birthday. Apparently there were 400 people up there. There were loads of people in the bar that usually drink in the Walnut tree (my bar), traitors! I remember lots of tequila shots, playing half a game of pool because we forgot we were playing, we played darts at some point too.

We had a group of seven when we left the bar and the plan was to buy lots of alcohol and go to this club but it's strange cos you have to bring your own alcohol. So we went to the shop and bought some Stella, Fosters and Becks and walked to this club......which was closed! Four bags of alcohol and nowhere to go, ended up going to Arrans house to have a drink and decide what to do.

Listened to some music, the weed smokers had a smoke and the drinkers had a drink. One of us must have picked up a different customers bag off the counter in the shop with ours because when we were going through our alcohol there was a bag with two bottles of wine. Just shows how drunk we were, we didn't even notice till we got back to Arrans.

How we came to this desision is still a mystery to me, must have sounded great at the time but the best thing for us to do at that time, which was about 3am, was to walk to Canary Wharf! Thats a loooong walk. The plan was to walk there, would take us a couple of hours and then have cocktails in the Canary Wharf bar.........genius! What a great idea, three of our seven didn't think so, unfortunatly I wasn't one of them.

So the four of us (Arran, Bill, Suzie and I) left the house and started on our long journey, beer in backpacks and the flashing light of the Canary Wharf tower in our sights......it seemed so close.

We walked in as straight a line as possible toward the tower, which because we didn't know the way and we were wobbling all over the place was at a fairly slow pace. We lost one quite early on, Bill threw up and decided to go home. We detoured off the route to drop him home, almost lost Suzie too as she lives next door to him but convinced her it was a good idea (why, why, why?). So down to three we set off again, it was about 4am now and we had got as far as a ten minute bus journey, still a very long way to go.

We stumbled across a kebab shop that was still open but all they had was meat and chips, how undescript is that, god knows what meat it was and how long ago it had been cooked. So we bought some. Yum yum. We came across my old school and thought about climbing over the fence and trying to get in. Glad we didn't, would have probably been arrested and besides we had a place to get to and cocktails to drink.

We stopped again about half an hour later in a park outside the house I lived from when I was born till I was about 9years old. This would be as close as we came to Canary wharf. We sat and talked nonsense and drank beer, contemplating life, the universe and what the hell we were doing walking round the streets of east London (very rough area) at stupid 'o' clock in the morning.

At 6am we gave up.

After walking for nearly 3 hours we had got nowhere, in fact it took us about half an hour to get back to where we started. The busses were running again by the time we got to Arrans, they had been up and running for about 2 hours actually. I caught the bus home but woke up at the end of the line. Got the same bus again but going the other way, managed to stay awake this time and got off at the right stop. Got home about 7:30 and collapsed on the bed, exsausted, drunk, and very tired. Sleep came quickley.

At 3pm I woke up.

Not sure what to do now, feel terrible.

Maybe I'll get the train to Norfolk tomorrow.

I really don't know.
