Cornerstone Florida was a blast... I saw lots of friends and bands that I love. Ah, so good. Here are the bands I saw:
FRIDAY: The Myrid, Fireflight, Stretch Arm Strong, Yellow Second
SATURDAY: Chasing Victory, The Showdown, Last Tuesday, The Evan Anthem, The Party People, Forever Changed, Brandtson, Relient K, Starflyer 59, Denison Witmer, My Rocket Heart.
Bands I missed seeing that I really wanted to: Mourning September, Mutemath, As I Lay Dying, Bernard, Our Finest Hour, The Kick, The Chariot, Copeland, UnderOath (although I heard they played exactly ZERO songs off of Changing of Times and obviously none off of Cries of the Past or Act of Depression), Emery, Sleeping At Last, mewithoutYou, Brer, Burden of a Day, Too Late May.
I was working for Floodgate Records (and their bands) this weekend, so I was doing some promoting/merch table covering for a lot of the weekend, but it was still tons of fun.
Good times... I luff Nick and Debora. Thanks for letting us stay with you!
Oh and the highlights of the weekend: Denison Witmer and the new SF59 (click and listen to "Good Sons") record. Yes.
