Courtney gates easily into Theoi, reeking of dark power. The more she uses her new abilities, the more a part of her they become--and the more she becomes a part of them. She hasn't bothered with bringing a backpack today, only her sword and main-gauche slung at her hip

Set came early to Theoi, to examine the place thoroughly. He thinks he'll have to go see what he can see over in Artemis' woodlands; those Greeks have some very pretty nymphs. But that can wait.

By the time Courtney arrives, Set is in the form of his mythical animal, a red dog-like thing with an upright forked tail and a long tapered nose. He's kind of cute, isn't he?

Courtney doesn't like dogs, unfortunately. She gives him a skeptical look. "The tail's interesting. If you try to bite me, we'll have words, though."

"Uh-oh, words." When he snorts he sounds like a horse, or maybe a donkey. Set takes his usual form, squatting on the ground and holding a spear or scepter. He smiles. "How's it going, Courtney?"

"Enh. About how I expected." She looks a little less than cheerful, but her bearing is confident. "I'm getting a lot of lectures. It's interesting. Pointless, but interesting."
