welllllllllll my grandmother on my dad's side died.
she had a stroke over a year ago and has sort of been in a state where you couldn't really hold a conversation with her and she was just barely "there".
in essence she's been gone for a while now, but I guess as of last night it's forever.
as a result, it looks like I'll be out of town this weekend, headed to Dothan for the funeral and what not.
