Sleep

Sorry for the lack of entries. I don't know why, but this has been a crazy week for me. I've hardly even been online.

I've been thinking a lot about my sleep or lack thereof. I normally go to sleep at about 1 am. I get up between 7 am and 8 am which is not good because I have to be at work at 8:30 am. This causes a huge problem for me. I don't really get in trouble for being late but I know that it's not right. I need to be on time.

I just can't get up in the morning. I've had that problem for a few years now. I've bought so many different alarm clocks thinking that they may help and it's the same thing over and over. Bottom line is that I need to get more sleep. I normally set my alarm for 6 am and I hit snooze for an hour. Sometimes longer. I know you're supposed to get about 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I need to aim for that but it would mean that I have to go to bed as soon as I get home from school. That just can't work. I'd be like a machine. I'd be going from WORK TO SCHOOL and FROM SCHOOL TO BED every day. that would really suck.

Anyway, I'm going to test myself tomorrow morning and see if I can get up at the time that I need to even if I didn't get enough sleep. I'm hoping willpower will work but I don't seem to have much luck with that most of the time.
