I'm the Neti Pot King! I'm not sure if you've heard about it, but it's all the rave amongst people 5 to 10 years our elder and beyond. I bought one on saturday, and I've used it everday since! If you don't know what a Neti Pot is, it's a genie's lamp shaped ceramic thing, that you fill with salt water. Once you have it filled with warm salt water, you stick the tip in your nose, tilt the pot, and watch water pour out of the other side of your nose. If you don't do it right you get a mouthful of saltwater. I've had really bad allergies this year, and it's already helped my breathing. I'm thinking about buying another just in case this one breaks. Show your nose some love!
