(no subject)
last night i was riding my bike home at around 11:15 and my chain jumped and my foot slipped off the pedal and i went down in the middle of the busiest intersection in town, and somehow just as quick as i went down, i was up on my feet again. one of my friends who saw happen from down the street came running to see how i was, and someone who i don't really know very well offered to clean me up with the first aid kit in her car. i wrecked the back of my right ankle pretty bad, and my knee got burnt from my pants.
school has been ok. already pretty busy. this semester is my lightest semester so far. i'm actually doing my theory homework, which is a definite plus. i got placed into 2 ensembles again. i'm the principal of the schools wind symphony (huge honor) and i'm the timpanist of sinfonia (also a huge honor). my timpani part is pretty fucking ridiculous actually.
my house is basically really fucking awesome. i'll take some pictures soon. i want to do a picture walk through of the house, and have it run like a flip book. i think that would look pretty cool.
i'm currently sitting on my porch with the windows open listening to our sick vinyl collection. my room is tiny, but relatively homey. i don't mind.
i'm glad its the weekend again. i like being able to rest a little.
i say within a week and a half the grapes will all be ripe. i can't wait!!!!!!!!!!
