OOH, okay. I haven't even been looking, just clicking. I WANT A TOTODILE EGG SO BAD. I guess the best way to get a starter is to refresh the shelter a lot?

Yes, I'd definitely recommend refreshing the shelter! That's how I got my Chikorita. :3
