i really need a hair cut. i wanna keep it long, but i cant figure out anything cool...any ideas?

Shorter layers on the top to mess around and light-blonde patches here and there would look so kewl~ and your bangs shorter, like right above your eyebrows and spike them down with wax..*is totally seeing it*
