Tuesday, December 6 - 2:43 PM - At home/then on her way to work
With a close of the notebook Natsumi left off a small sigh, she couldn't study anymore. She took off her glasses and stood up, her hand brushing against something and knocking it to the floor. Natsumi bent down and retrieved the little flash drive, the very one she took from school. She wasn't sure if it was any good as Andrea's interruption could have cost them more then half of the information they needed. The download had stopped and what they got might not be enough. They wouldn't know until finals, Kira had agreed to hold off on the search for his father until after and the drive had never been looked at.
Maybe Kira was afraid and that was why she was holding on to it until for now. The fear of knowing was hurting her friend and they came so far and there was that slight chance that it would all be for nothing. The break would be nice, Natsumi was starting to worry about not being able to get a boyfriend if the only guy she hung out with was gay. She loved Kira like a brother but she wanted to be a normal girl who happened to have a hot boy to hang around with.
Sitting the drive back down on the desk she grabbed her bag and headed off for the public library she worked at. Hoping the hot Fujimoto would be there and possibly give her some studying tips. She smiled in bliss as her thoughts ran rapid, Natsumi was falling hard. She still wanted to secretly bring Kira there to find out if the kid was gay, but was too scared when it came to doing it. Maybe it was better off not knowing.
