Saturday, November 5 - 4:03 PM - Family clinic in Tokyo
Natsumi locked the door behind her and tried to catch her breath. She knew she was overacting and that her councilor didn't mean any harm, but that still didn't help her catch her breath and calm down any. If only her councilor hadn't said that to her. Today was going so normally too.
It was the day of her monthly private session with her assigned councilor at the family health clinic. It was one on one and mainly dealt with Natsumi's eating disorder and her obsession about her weight and looks. Natsumi got along pretty well with her councilor they had plenty of fun together and shared too many talks that always was light and happy. So why was this offending her so much.
It was just like any other meeting only when she walked in her councilor gave her a hug like usual and stepped back and looked her over. With a smile she told Natsumi she looked hotter then usual that the guys surely where noticing her. She mentioned her skin seemed to have a healthy glow to is and Natsumi put on some healthy weight as well. That's when Natsumi ran and ended up here in the small bathroom.
She said 'healthy' weight but still it bothered Natsumi so much she did put on some pounds. Walking over to the mirror Natsumi stood sideways and lifted her shirt up. She felt her stomach and studied her image a bit. She did gain weight and that worried her, Natsumi refused to be a fat cow ever again. She was probably putting on weight from being in that pastry shop so often, if that was the case it would quickly become a problem. Maybe if she cut back on her hours there it would help but for the next few days she'd go without food to help lose what she might of gained.
