Snow!!!!
It's finally snowing in NYC! At last, an excuse to wear my new, snazzy snow boots!
Oh - Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! I've celebrated with the following: buying myself a pretty new dress from Bloomie's, going to see Steinhardt's 110 IN THE SHADE, and, of course, flowers from my number one valentine, my daddy!
I made chili, too. It's so good, and I had some for breakfast. That was probably an inappropriate meal for chili... but it's really tasty!
I'm starting to get serious about my recital - lord have mercy. It's looking like I'm doing Venus from ONE TOUCH OF VENUS for my character study, a Lynn Ahrens lyric study, some classical set which, of course, I'm not even thinking about, and monologues from the plays of Neil Simon in between everything. I like it, I like it. You all should make plans to come. It will probably be in November. And oh God - that's only nine months away. *keels over*
