i absolutely love
Finger Eleven. heh. sorry, i was just listening to them and figured i'd give them some lovin.
last night was an interesting night. i didn't really do much, but i talked to a few people that made me think and i had a pretty deep conversation with my room mate. it was definitely interesting.
umm anyway, i was talking to Maria about tattoos and it made me think about my next tattoo i'm getting. it's my name in heiroglyphics in a cartouche. the egyptians only put the pharoah's names in cartouches, so i think it's cool to see my name in a cartouche. it makes me feel important. heh. a girl can dream, right? well, i found the right heiroglyphs and made a picture of my tattoo in paint. this is what my tattoo is gonna look like:
isin't it pretty? it's going on the back of my neck cause it's a fairly decent place to be able to hide it if i needed to since the "real world" can't handle tattoos and such.
i've also thought about getting tattoos of
Ma'at (the egyptian goddess of truth) and
Bastet (the egyptian goddess of cats, women, & secrets) because i think they're beautiful. i'd have to do something symmetrical with them, like one one each foot or something.
man i love tattoos. heh. i remember when i told my mom i wanted full sleeve tattoos by the time i was 20. haha, that'd be awesome, but i dunno anymore. i don't know what i'd get. i'm a firm believer that if you're getting a tattoo it should mean something, it shouldn't just be something you get to 'fit in' with everyone else cause you're gonna have it for the rest of your life.
okie dokie, i'm finished with whatever point i was trying to make with this entry (wait, was there a point? heh. oh yeah, to show off my pretty cartouche.)
i've gotta get ready for math soon.
falling...further, and further...i think i like the way this feels.
xoxo
