Tai-San moved quickly through the
Cafe's and over to the stairs that would lead up to the third floor landing, where her room had always been. What Dax had told her had chilled her to the bone, she felt as if she couldn't escape any part of her past. You can not escape the past, only file it away and remember the lessons of each day that passes she reminded herself. Sighing, Tai-San began to fling herself to her bed but stopped. The energy of earlier, of the love making she had shared with Siva, was still radiating from the old mattress. She would not be able to meditate on her problems and recenter herself properly if she didn't go somewhere else. Where was Siva now? Siva would make everything feel better, she had been there, Dax had said. She'd have to talk to her about this later, it was imperative to Tai-San feeling safe and calm inside again.
Fidgeting slightly, Tai-San realized what she wanted right now, a fix. If she could just sneak out and go see Mega, he'd surely trade her information for a few quick minutes in the paradise program. She'd only just gone there early this morning, however, and the wedding was soon. It would be far too suspicious if she skipped or missed that. Chewing on her bottom lip, Tai-San picked up a candle in her bedroom and moved out onto the little bridge that led across to the storage area, infusing it with pure energy, white light. Sitting down and crossing her legs, Tai-San lit the candle and focused. Now she would do a proper meditation, just like the old days, deep breathing, centering, and seeking out the dark spots in their home. She would drive it all away, and hopefully first she'd make Dax want to leave simply by focusing white light energies on him that counter balanced the dark energies she was sure he was hosting.
