wow, im out in alberta...in this small ass town called strathmore..and an event happened like 2 nights ago that just opened my eyes and i haven't been able to stop thinking about it. a 16 year old girl was murdered. she was murdered by a drunk driver. her name was tamera lachey and i didn't even know her. i saw pictures and she was gorgeous, but one mistake of jumping into a car with a drunk driver has taken her life. she was sucked out the back window after this girl nikki grabbed the steering wheel when the were goin 160 km/h. the car only rolled once, but tamera lost her life.it just makes me think of how many people that could've happened to, how many close friends have gotten in a car with a drunk. one mistake of getting into the wrong car can ruin so many people's live. the driver of the car..jay..he's getting charged with at least manslaughter, but he tried to take the easy way out. he tried to commit suicide.i personally believe he does not deserve the easy way out. he has to live with his decision to drive after drinking way too much. he's only 17, but for the rest of his life he will be haunted with guilt and the memories of the accident. i just thought i'd share this information with anyone who cares, because even though i didn't know tamera, i still care about what happened and i dont want it to happen to any of you.
