Dyre had finally gotten away from the clutches of her parents, and found herself in the middle of a large school. Professor Dumbledore had sent her to her dorm, Ravenclaw. After putting her things in no particular order, she walked out of her dorm and smiled. Having already memorized the map she was given, she found the Great Hall with ease and

Anthony walked into the Great Hall, feeling completely famished. Taking a seat at the Ravenclaw table he looked around to see who he was sitting by. Looking across from him he saw a girl he hadn't seen before. "Oh hi? You must be uhhh.."He snapped his fingers trying to remember what Dumbledore had told him. "Dyre?"

"Yeah," she said and smiled. "Word must travel fast. What's your name?"

"Yeah, it really does around here. I just happen to be your prefect." He held out a hand to her. "I'm Anthony, it's really nice to meet you."

"It's nice to meet you too," she said and shook his hand. "Now what's a prefect?"

"Oh sorry, I'm the ass that forces everyone to stay in line." He laughed a bit.

"Well," she said and grinned, "I'll try not to give you too much trouble and since you're not related to me, I don't think that'll be much of a problem."

[anthony_da]

"Good to know, the less detentions I send people to the better. Mostly the only problems I find are people out at night. The people who hex each other are getting really good at hiding it."

[dyre_need]

"People hex eachother here," she asked a little worried. "I'd be dead if I so much as tried to raise my wand at another person. Verbal insults are my thing."

[anthony_da]

"Just don't run into the slytherin's and you'll be fine. But avoiding hexing all together is pretty impossible. Really you shouldn't worry about it." He grabbed some toast and started eating it.

"As long as I know where I can find my house prefect, right," she said and smiled. She grabbed some pumkin juice and an orange. Squeezing the orange in pumkin juice, she looked at Anthony. "So you have any siblings?"

Oh right, then they would just hex me too. He laughed. "No i'm an only child. You?"

"Only child to the worst two squibs you'll ever meet," she said frowning.

[anthony_da]

"I would be upset too if I was a squib. But it would be nice to move around threw humans and not feel like an outcast." Muggles fascinated him completely. In fact people fascinated him, when he wasn't reading, he was watching everyone around him.

"Well I'm not the least bit sorry for those two," she said bluntly. "They've made my life a living hell. Which I guess has made me as interesting as I am."

[anthony_da]

"And you are interesting indeed." Oh yeah, she is going to fit right in. "So what exactly did they do? If you don't mind my asking." He looked at her very focused on her facial exasperation.

She frowned, "They tried to force me into marrying some stupid pureblood inbred git...they acted like I was their properity."
