and the ones that know you so well, are the ones that can swallow you whole

Finally, I got my schedule. I'm going to have to do weird things to my meal schedule, but I can take it for a semester. I already eat lunch at 11 and dinner at 4 on most weekends, if no one's around to stop me. But the classes are ones that I wanted, so, joy: the 2 basic art intros, the all about dinosaurs class that I was raving about, human evolution, and special topics in sculpture. That's one less thing to wait for, hurrah.

I got to the Kentucky Opera Costume/Book sale on Friday, and now I've got two great vintage-styled dresses, one of which is coming apart into pirate costume pieces. I'm totally into the idea of a masquerade dance, with a pirate theme. Also bought two books, though I'm sure I would have bought dozens more if I hadn't already splurged on clothing.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, the Studio 2000 Sale/Silent Auction/Awards Ceremony is this comming Friday the 21st, at the Kentucky Center. I think the ceremony starts at 5:15 pm, and the sale begins directly afterwards, with the silent auction closing around 7. It would be really nice if some of you could show up, to see my work (and Diana's, and everybody's), and even buy something.
