SD National Tour:
Good news this week. 6 out of the 9 vixens present at the 2005 TireRack SCCA San Diego National Tour took home trophies! Way to go, girls! Congrats! And us other 3 had a great time and are practising for next year! ;) Congratulations to Christine, Liz, new Vixen Leslie, Kathy, Stacy and Beverlee! You guys rock. FEAR THE PINK!
Spugen BBQ - March 26th:
Vixen Racing is also trying to educate the youth of America about the dangers of street racing, and showing them that they have an alternative : AutoX! Well...in practice, that program is me telling boys that try to race me "I don't race amateurs. Come out to the track". ;)
But I hope to expand that...and therefore Vixen Racing is sponsoring a BBQ given by Spugen on March 26th. Spugen is a company that manufactures aftermarket parts for the S2000. Last year, they had a record attendance level, and the BBQ was given media attention by Import Tuner and Overboost.com. It promises to be even bigger and better this year!
We'll be donating a major raffle prize...the "Vixen Racing AutoX Experience". I've thrown in a t-shirt (or tank top), a practice fee, Formula Burgers for lunch, an AutoX orientation and some instruction (by moi and any other volunteers - any? volunteers? ;) ).
Basically...a full blown intro to AutoX in the warm, comfy bosom of Vixen Racing. Figuratively, anyhow. ;)
The event is in Whittier. Kinda far, but it'll be really fun. Food, cars, and girls. what can be better?! LoL =P
