A lawyer friend of mine asked me (upon hearing about my "referal" back to Capital) if I wanted to investigate the shady legal terroritory Avanti works out of, it is possible that I could even muscle my way back in, and on credit-based system. Very possible.
Should I try it? If I do, and the "investigation" part of my legal action proves that Avanti is indeed operating with illegal proceedures I could end up in court, and odds are Avanti would end up being forced to be just like every other school, or I could leverage myself and use my position to abuse myself to extorted grades, enhanced transcript, etc.
