This entire week I had my politics mid-term.
We played a game where we reenacted the government with specific roles.
I was the state legislator. We all had to create legislation that reduced CO2 emission.
It went well. My legislation was passed today by the governor, so that was good.
And in the middle of section 6, about reforestation, I mentioned this:
"...resulting from logging, reforestation, of native forest reservoirs in California. Gay rights have also played a vital role in the health and balance, not of the forest, but of the natural processes of citizen rights. Same sex couples will now be able to marry upon the passage of this legislation. On the condition of the forest, procedures and protocols shall require..."
I thought it was pretty genius. It was just stuck right in the middle of the bill, and I wonder if anyone would even notice.
I should do this for a living.
