How the fuck did I think I would a) have time to travel anywhere that I would like to travel before heading back to the States and out to Rhode Island, b) be able to move to Providence with no apartment lined up in advance and no stuff to take with me minus a couple of suitcases, and c) set up a livable apartment (with NO CAR to drive around and procure stuff that I need) in the two or three weeks that I have before I start classes at the beginning of September?
