Eat It Too
Can anyone recommend any good baking-related communities? Having become fairly competent with cookies and breads, I am now mostly interested in recipes and decorating ideas for beautiful cakes or cupcakes. I have become obsessed with beautiful cakes in recent times. It's difficult to bake them in Japan (no oven), but I want to become a cake master upon my return to the States. In the meantime, at least Japan has tons of patisseries with goods for me to ogle and photograph.
P.S. Miss shanzig, have you been to A La Campagne yet? If not we must make a point of going. Best cakes I have had in this country yet.
