(no subject)
gosh. what to say? life's been occasionally eventful, i went to the modest mouse concert with trish and dani, and that was simply AMAZING...mostly, i've been working and being at home a lot more than i've been going out, but as always, when i do get a chance to go somewhere, i can't get over how incredibly lucky i am to have such amazing friends.
right now i've been trying to focus on my trip, (32 days!), and in a somewhat unhealthy way, i'm starting to think of it as the solution to all my problems ("it's okay, in a month i'll forget about...etc, etc"), but whether or not that's realistic, i know its going to be amazing, i've missed my family more than i can put into words.
as if that's not great enough, i'm going to georgia with lauren for fourth of july, and well, 3 days full of lauren-time? how could i not be excited!
but right now i need to go finish cleaning my house and then make dinner, hopefully aileen and nik are coming over :)
[i think over-exposure to sunlight puts me in these optimistic moods...thank god its summer :) ]
