Sorry if this is a bit morbid

Hope everyone had a nice christmas and new year, and happy birthday to anyone that has had one recently.

Spent christmas with wayne and new year with my family. As much as I didnt feel like celebrating, it did us good to try and focus on *something* at least.

The new few weeks are going to be even more difficult. We have to go and register Alexander on monday so we have the certificate for the funeral directors etc. Had a call from the hospital yesterday to say that his body is ready for release n stuff, and that we'll have the post mortem results within a few weeks or so.
At least now we can get things moving and arrange the funeral. The sooner the better I think though, the idea of my little boy being stuck in the hospital morgue just sickens me.

For anyone that didnt know, my baby was due on the 5th december. On the 7th i was taken to the hospital because i hadnt felt him move since the early hours of the morning. The doctors there couldnt find his heartbeat and they confirmed that he had died.
I was then taken back in on the 9th and made to deliver him naturally, despite the circumstances.
Alexander Llewelyn Nicholls was born on Monday 10th december at 1:49am, weighing 10lb5oz, and 23 inches long. His size caused me some pretty bad injuries which I am still trying to recover from, and I was kept in hospital till the 14th.
Its been a very difficult time for all of us, and we're really grateful for everything people have done for us. With christmas and the new year out of the way, we hope we can lay our little boy to rest and get our lives back on track.
