I am not here at work because I am to bored. I would happily spend my time at home on a saturday at 12.
So no I am not in the mood for useless things. WHich means that when I ask you to (start you computer, reboot your Modem, check your cable) I have a reason to do so. A real reason. Because I want you internet to work so that I can get you off the phone asap. Because no, you groaning and moaning in my ear with the same load of "Woe is me" does not make me emphesize with.
And even less when you do the moaning and groaning INSTEAD of the things that I tell you do do.
