i loved our discussion in english the other day. we talked about how as we get older, we learn to hide ourselves more and how in senior year we're more afraid of backstabbing by "friends." it was just so interesting and it really got me thinking. our world is so competitive and its hard to be our true selves nowadays. and for me, its hard to trust people because im afraid of gettin hurt. but thats just something i have to overcome.
and yes, in less than a year, we're all going to be going off to new places and making new paths, but we're all still connected. ive known so many people for 10-12 years; its gonna be hard to leave even though i really want to. so this is a thank you to everyone who has been a part of my life. thanks for making me the person i am today.
