How fucking annoying is this..
I got into a little fender bender with some guy in the bronx. His fault, he merged without looking and hit me. Called the police, and the cop said that people usually don't report this because it's so little damage... So i never go a police report written out, which i just found out is illegal. The man said his company will take care of it...
Call up this man's supervisor and he is informing me that he filed a claim with his insurance company already and that is on the record that I refused a police report.
NOW, in order to get my car fixed through my insurance, I have to arrange a time to go back down to the bronx with the man who hit me and fill out a police report in that area of the bronx. NOW, MY premiums are going to go up and it will be on the record that I have been in an accident... So now what do i do? What if this man lies to the police and says something against me. I hate this. Not to mention the NASTY man I had to speak to who had such an attitude.. what a penis.
