::keeping fingers crossed:: this would be great...if the house and pres approve of it also...and KSC wouldn't be hauling ass around here getting these orbiters ready back to back cause there's a "deadline" next year to meet, with x amount of flights to fit in. I hope they see this as the safety concern that it is on current missions, and not that we wanna fly additional missions on 30 year old shuttles...
and it def would help economically, and shorten the "gap" between shuttle and constellation.
