In my continuing quest to get no work done this weekend...

Have you been naughty or nice this year?
A mix of both, just like every year.

What do you want most for Christmas?
To spend a lot of time with my friends and family at home. Also, some new books.

Do you believe in Father Christmas?
Uh, no.

What is your favorite food at Christmas?
Definitely my grandma's stuffing/dressing... which isn't strictly a Christmas thing, I know. Christmas cookies, candy canes, everything. I love Christmas food.

Have you started your Christmas shopping yet?
Yes.

Have you finished your Christmas shopping yet?
No.

What is your favourite Christmas song?
Out of my Catholic guilt, I tend to go for the religious songs. "Silent Night" is a big favourite. "O Holy Night" is good too.

What is your favorite Christmas movie?
Black Christmas. Ahahaha. I'm in the middle of watching it right now and it's seriously creeping me out. I loooove the Charlie Brown Christmas special, it's perfection. Also, though it's cheesy, It's a Wonderful Life never fails to make me cry.

What is your best memory of Christmas?
Hmm, I don't know. I like listening to the choir sing in Mass on Christmas Eve. My brother waking us all up at 5:00am last year with his new light sabre was pretty funny.

What do you look forward to most at Christmas?
The atmosphere. Everyone seems nicer, snow makes things pretty, it's the one time of year where I like the more romanticized version of life.

What are you doing for Christmas this year?
GOING HOME. Visiting my grandparents' farm. Seeing the other side of the family on New Year's, then partying with friends. I can't wait.

Who do you want to kiss under the mistletoe?
Heh. So many people...

What kind of Christmas tree do you have?
I don't know if they have it up at home yet. But we always get a real one.

Do you take part in a secret santa?
Yes.

Do you go to any Christmas parties?
Yes.

Have you ever had a white Christmas?
Yes. Hello, I'm Canadian. If you've never had a white Christmas you're missing out, people.

How early do you wake up on Christmas morning?
Depends on when my brother wants to get up, hee. Of course when I was a kid I woke up at like 4:00am and waited for hours. These days, I enjoy my sleep.

Do you still get a stocking?
Yeah. It just occurred to me how much my family is into the traditional Christmas thing.

How many Christmas cards do you normally send out?
I don't. My mom just started sending one of those cheesy "year in review" letters, much to my horror.

What is your Christmas wish?
I just want to go home and have a great time, read some new books, watch some sappy holiday movies on TV, hang out with my family, and get drunk with my friends.
