Terms&Conditions
1. Only paid orders will be taken in! No payment = no order.
2. Paid orders given priority. First pay, first serve.
3. Excess from exchange rates will not be refunded.
4. **IMPT** Please transfer BEFORE posting your order. Post the transaction details with your order in 1 comment.
5. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please DELETE your old comment and post a new one.
6. Absolutely NO CHANGES to your order after payment has been made.
7. I will THOROUGHLY CHECK that I order your items correctly. However, if the merchant sends the wrong items despite the correct order sent, I cannot be responsible.
8. POSB/DBS Internet Banking transfers and ATM transfers accepted, NO interbank. For ATM transfer, pls transfer ASAP, preferably within 5 hours of posting your order.
9. Please use your LJ nick when doing IB transfer.
10. After the spree has closed, I will update spree-ers via email. Do check your junk mail folder too to make sure you're not missing out on any updates!
11. I will not be held responsible for loss of normal mail. However rest assured that I write my return address on ALL envelopes.
12. I reserve the right to reject orders from any spree participant at my sole discretion.

4. How spree participants should make payment to you ♥
POSB Savings 124-65167-0. Internet Banking & ATM transfers accepted! No interbank. (Please use your LJ nickname when transferring)
There will be 2 payments:
1st payment: For items, initial shipping of $3 per ITEM [please see point (8)], and $0.50 handling fee per spree-er for bubble wrap, brown paper, scotch tape.
2nd payment: Local postage (any excess from initial shipping will be used to offset local postage). Any top-ups/refunds will be made known to you ^_^
5. How you will distribute items ♥
Distribution will be via 2 METHODS ONLY:
(1) NORMAL MAIL (no registered mails) as I won't be able to head to the post office to send reg mails due to a hectic schedule. Please note that I cannot be responsible for any lost mails. Please join only if you agree to this.
(2) SELF-COLLECTION. My place is near Bishan/Toa Payoh. Please note that self-collection is NOT a meet-up, there will NOT be any meet-ups.

Impt Notes about my Forever21 Spree #2: ♥
(1) Items will not reach before Christmas, please only join if you agree to this.
(2) Please DO NOT EXCEED the cap, if not refunds will only be made ONE MONTH later. I'm 100% serious about this. Thank you.
(3) If you order multiple items and part of your order goes OOS, the excess amount will be held to offset the 2nd payment. If ALL your items go OOS, I'll do a refund to you after orders are placed.
(4) NORMAL MAIL ONLY! By joining my spree you agree to the condition of items being sent via normal mail only, due to time/schedule constraints. I write my return address at the back of ALL envelopes. However, please note that I cannot be held responsible for loss of normal mail. Alternatively you can opt for self-collection.
(5) I accept orders via e-mail as well. If you have no Livejournal account, you can e-mail me your order at unicorns.and.ponies@gmail.com together with your payment.
