why is the foundation from Korea but the words are in Japanese?

let me guess ah... it's from korea....but becos it have been the best selling loose powder in Japan.. so its packaging is in japanese....

I will confirm with the supplier again....

i have this powder. palgantong make-up theatrical blending powder.

but mine is in korean words leh.. maybe different countries get their stock from different countries; either korea/japan bah.

haven't tried it though.

girl is the supplier local? ive seen these in china webbies selling for arnd 20-25 rmb, not sure about shipping though, but might still be cheaper? =)

for the Palgontong powder, Natural Beige (OB) is more for what skin tone? Fair or dark? I know they have 3 colours right?

i only know there is 2 tones.... the light beige (for very fair) and this natural beige one...
I think most of us will use this natural beige cos singapore is summer all season, and light beige might be too fair for us.
Anyway, my supplier only has 1 colour.
