So, I took this test to see if I was healthy, stressed or depressed. guess what I got.... yep. stressed. go figure.

Totally Tense
Although you're easily overwhelmed, the good news is you're not in serious trouble. yet. you just need to work on taking it down a notch (or three) before things get hard, so that you don't have a metldown when they do. According to Dr. youngs, stress keeps your body on edge. in this state you burn through essential nutrietns like B12, and potassium faster than you should. The end result is that you become run- down, which in turn makes you more likely to burst into tears when your photo teacher describes your project as "interesting". Clues that your stress level is out of control: getting tons of headaches, overreacting to almost everything, and haveing your mind go blank at inopputune moments. That's when it's most critical for you to chill. drop an extracurricular activity or two and make sure you're sleeping enough. Eating right and exercising also reduce stress. And finally, if your friend cancels your plans at the last minute, remind yourself of the time she made you a scarf because you had a strep throat, and then let it go.

OK this is so totally true. I'm ready to start letting my stress ease up a little bit. Marching band is over in about 1 day. saturday is my last competition. YAY. and only 2 more xc meets. one tomorrow then one next saturday (which we are supposed to win) and then meet of champions, but I don't consider that a "meet" because we will do nothing there hehe. but it will be awesome if we can go!

alrighty. so fall is almost over. I can't believe it, I am so excited. ok well I must stop writing now because A) I want to go to bed soon and B) I'm talking to 2 very important people =)

BYE.

ALMOST OVER. YAY!
