Welcome to livejournal! I probably wouldn't have randomly said hello if it weren't for you listening to Death Cab. Definitely an amazing band.

There's nothing wrong with identity crisis -- isn't life all about finding yourself anyway?

I live near Old Saybrook, but I go to SCSU. Commuting sucks, but not much school left before I end up somewhere else.

I'm kind of all over the board... Though I don't really feel like I'm into anything in particular at the moment. Jimmy Eat World are my favorite... Tori Amos, the Smashing Pumpkins. Thursday, Brand New, Coheed. It's getting harder and harder for me to list. What about you?

Yeah, I'm all over the place too. Lately my favorites have been Blonde Redhead, Bright Eyes, of course Death Cab... uh, this is what I get for replying to this at work -- a total blank on band names. Yay for being in a basement on campus.

I used to love Tori until about To Venus and Back. I haven't listen to any of her later stuff, but the tori-speak was starting to get to me. She's definitely a musical genius, it's just kinda frustrating when I have no idea what a song "means" (or have any way to approach it). I suppose being an English major has it's downfalls (apart from the whole not having a job when I get out of college thing).
